Position Summary:
The Guest Response Center Agent provides courteous guest services by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and challenges from internal and external guests. Duties include, but are not limited to answering Guest Services Desk telephone calls, coordinate and monitor all bellmen and trolley activities, ensure guest's dry cleaning is picked up, received and posted, be an ambassador by promoting the hotel, restaurant, lounge, retail shops, etc. Offer hotel guests best possible service.
 
Requirements
Be able to give accurate directions and information regarding the immediate area. Be familiar with and follow all resort safety and accident prevention procedures. Make and confirm all transportation reservations for guests to and from their requested destinations.
Prior customer service experience is preferred. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Requires knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system
