Position Summary:

The Recruiter/HR Generalist will primarily focus on talent acquisition, which includes working with various departments to understand staffing needs, posting open positions, screening and arranging interviews for qualified candidates, conducting background checks and extending offers to those selected. Other generalist duties may be assigned as needed based on departmental and property needs. Assignment is expected to be 3 to 6 months but has the potential to be longer.

Previous recruiting/interviewing experience required. Other generalist duties (training, employee relations, benefits, etc.) preferred. Must be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in an extremely high-paced environment. Must be organized, have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be capable of following up with and updating departmental leaders by phone and email in a courteous and professional manner. Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Email and Internet. Experience with ATS is preferred.
