Position Summary:
Responsible for checking guests in and out using the resorts Computer system.  Issuing room keys, confirming reservations and cancellations.  Duties include, but are not limited to, checking guests in and out of the resort, responding to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.  Be an ambassador by promoting the resort, restaurants, retail shops and other amenities; offering guests the best possible service.  Customer service related experience necessary. 

The qualified candidate will have at least 1 year previous experience as a Front Desk Agent and/or previous guest service experience. Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.  The successful candidate will be computer literate and have a professional demeanor.  Must be able to work flexible schedules including holidays, nights and weekends.
