Position Summary:
Maze by Gordon Ramsay has a great opportunity to join its awarding team! We are looking for a talented Sous Chef who is responsible to ensure quality, consistency, eye appeal, taste and food cost. The Sous Chef is expected to provide training for all staff; meet corporate quality standards; and assist in establishing and enforcing food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation. The Sous Chef must control food and labor costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.

Must be able to work flexible hours. Fine dining experience preferred but not required in a Union environment.
 
Requirements
Minimum three years experience in quality, high volume culinary operation. Hotel experience with minimum of one year at supervisory level. Able to lift 30 lbs and work in warm environment. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop or bend for duration of shift. Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
